Hakomi is also known as “Assisted Self-Study.” Together you and I will begin to develop a relationship based on acceptance and appreciation. In the safety of that relationship we’ll look for behaviors or habits that might be related to a belief that is creating problems in your life.
I’ll guide you through small experiments, done in brief periods of mindfulness, to help us find information that might be linked to those beliefs.
And, I’ll help you find ways to gently let go of the old beliefs and replace them with what you want to believe in the present.
Hakomi helps the most authentic you step out of the shadows of the past and live your life in alignment with who you know yourself to be.

Hakomi offers a gentle method for understanding ourselves, seeing how past events may have shaped our understanding of the world, and letting go of beliefs that are not true, or are not serving you any longer.
Enough time to feel seen, heard, understood, and not feel rushed
After more than a decade working in mental health clinics I saw how often a 50 minute session just wasn’t enough time. When I opened my own practice I made a choice to schedule 90 minute sessions. I don’t want you to feel rushed. I want you to have enough time to arrive, to settle and “be here”, and feel seen, heard, and understood.
I schedule Hakomi sessions for 90 minutes and charge $110.00 for the session.
